What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient medical oncology care on a dedicated 10-bed unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including an Oncology APP on the floor
- Manage patient cases independently during scheduled shifts
- Document patient care using Epic EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital protocols
- Follow a day shift schedule with no overnight or outpatient coverage
What You Need
Required:
- Active Idaho medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology
- Inpatient care experience in oncology setting
Preferred:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
