Physician - Pediatrics

Arkansas Children’s in partnership with the Arkansas Children’s Medical Group (ACMG) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general pediatrician to join our established outpatient primary care practice in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The successful candidate will join the state’s only pediatric health system and play a key role in shaping the future of children’s health in our region.

Join a dynamic team at Arkansas Children’s of three physicians and advanced practice registered nurse, providing nationally ranked and recognized care to patients statewide and regionally. Other highlights include: 

• Opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric care in a thriving community practice at Arkansas Children’s Hospital Pine Bluff Clinic, located on the Jefferson Regional Medical Center (JRMC) campus
• Practice in a modern 10,000-square-foot pediatric outpatient clinic designed specifically for comprehensive pediatric care. The clinic includes 14 fully equipped exam rooms supporting efficient patient care and continued growth
• Outpatient-focused position with newborn nursery rounding responsibilities at JRMC
• General pediatricians can expect to care for 15 to 20 patients per day, supporting high-quality, relationship-driven care
• Monday through Friday schedule with a 4.5-day work week with clinical hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., to encourage a work-life balance
• Access to Arkansas Children's statewide clinical network, subspecialty support, telehealth services and care coordination resources
• Opportunities for teaching, professional development and collaboration through the Arkansas Children's and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences

Qualifications: 

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for unrestricted Arkansas medical licensure
