What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care across an established team.
- Manage 12-15 patients per day, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up.
- Support established patients with light call responsibilities—beeper only, 2-5 calls/week, phone consults, 1-hour response time.
- Utilize Aria EMR to document and coordinate patient care.
- Collaborate with three permanent HemOnc providers, nursing staff, and support personnel.
- Contribute to a mission-driven environment committed to quality care.
What You Need
Required:
- Active Virginia medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
- Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
- Able to commit to the specified dates and schedule
Preferred:
- Long-term commitment and driving distance candidates.
- Prior outpatient HemOnc experience.
- Ability to quickly obtain credentialing and licensure.
