What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care across an established team.
  • Manage 12-15 patients per day, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participate in patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  • Support established patients with light call responsibilities—beeper only, 2-5 calls/week, phone consults, 1-hour response time.
  • Utilize Aria EMR to document and coordinate patient care.
  • Collaborate with three permanent HemOnc providers, nursing staff, and support personnel.
  • Contribute to a mission-driven environment committed to quality care.

What You Need
Required:
  • Active Virginia medical license
  • Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
  • Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
  • Able to commit to the specified dates and schedule

Preferred:
  • Long-term commitment and driving distance candidates.
  • Prior outpatient HemOnc experience.
  • Ability to quickly obtain credentialing and licensure.
