Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park in Findlay, NW Ohio.
Position Highlights
- REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 years of pediatrics experience
- Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
- Average volume 25 patients per day Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
- Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting
- No hospital call, "light" phone call 1:3
Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
- Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time
- wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 - $20,000+ annually
- CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year
