Starling Oncology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology Physician who is fluent in Mandarin to join our growing San Gabriel Valley practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who wants to provide high-quality cancer care in a community-based setting while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families within a vibrant Mandarin-speaking community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000+, based on experience and location
• wRVU incentive opportunity with meaningful earning upside
• Potential $650,000+ total cash compensation once established
• $100,000 guaranteed sign-on bonus

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Fluent Mandarin strongly preferred
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered oncology care
• Interest in building meaningful relationships within the local community
