Physician - Hematology/Oncology

Job Summary

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, in partnership with ACTC Health, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Oncologist to join our expanding cancer care team. Our physicians deliver evidence?based, personalized oncology care supported by advanced diagnostic technology and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a modern, 21,000?square?foot cancer center equipped with cutting?edge radiation oncology systems, in?house laboratory services, and comprehensive medical oncology resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, hematologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including CT, PET, labs, and pathology
• Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide patient education on treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care
• Document thoroughly and accurately in EMR
• Attend trainings, seminars, and team meetings
• Deliver patient?centered care with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
• Valid and unrestricted Florida medical license
• Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Oncology
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence?based medicine, quality care, and collaboration
