Job Summary
Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, in partnership with ACTC Health, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Oncologist to join our expanding cancer care team. Our physicians deliver evidence?based, personalized oncology care supported by advanced diagnostic technology and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a modern, 21,000?square?foot cancer center equipped with cutting?edge radiation oncology systems, in?house laboratory services, and comprehensive medical oncology resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, hematologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including CT, PET, labs, and pathology
- Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient education on treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care
- Document thoroughly and accurately in EMR
- Attend trainings, seminars, and team meetings
- Deliver patient?centered care with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
- Valid and unrestricted Florida medical license
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Oncology
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence?based medicine, quality care, and collaboration
