What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient and surgical ENT care to patients of all ages
- Perform general ENT procedures in clinic and operating room settings
- Support staff including medical assistants and clinical support teams
- Manage 26–27 patients daily in the outpatient clinic
- Conduct approximately 6 surgeries per day
- Handle medical emergencies and provide 24-hour call coverage with minimal callbacks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
What You Need
Required: - PA license or IMLC in good standing
- DEA certification
- ACLS certification
- At least 1 year of ENT/surgical experience
Preferred: - Experience with parathyroid, Cochlear Baha, and general ENT procedures
- Comfortable with complex cases involving all age groups
