What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized support in cardiothoracic surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during adult inpatient and outpatient surgeries
- Participate in patient rounds and pre/post-op care
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure documentation and compliance per facility protocols
- Support the surgical team with technical and clinical tasks
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to complex cases
What You Need
Required: - Valid state Physician Assistant license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiothoracic or general surgery setting
Preferred: - Prior experience with inpatient and outpatient surgical care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
