What You’ll Do
  • Provide general orthopedic surgical care, including wrist, ankle, and hip fracture management
  • Conduct consultations and assess patient needs (0-3 per day)
  • Manage closed reductions and perform admissions (0-2 visits per day)
  • Perform 0-2 surgeries daily, including orthopedic procedures on various fractures and injuries
  • Stabilize long bone trauma and coordinate transfers
  • Participate in on-call duties ensuring patient safety and timely interventions
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid NC medical license and NC DEA registration
  • Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Ability to manage trauma and perform relevant surgical procedures
  • Vaccination status in accordance with hospital policy

Preferred:
  • Experience working in hospital/emergency settings
  • Flexibility and availability for call shifts and on-site presence
