Physician - Otolaryngology

We have a unique opportunity for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our practice. General otolaryngology and practice interest in facial plastics, head and neck, or other subspecialty welcome. The department consists of seven general ENTs.

Our employment package includes:

• Surgeries performed at our new Ambulatory Surgery Center and two Vancouver area medical centers
• Reasonable call schedule shared with community ENT clinicians
• Paid malpractice and tail insurance
• Compensation is a Production model
• New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee between $483,000-$537,000 (will be pro-rated based on FTE) with upside earning potential
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus
• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
