• 8 am - 5 pm inpatient only -- no clinic
• 10 - 18 patients per day; up to 20+ patients per shift
• Call every night -- 1:5 call ratio, 90% callback rate
• Admits and discharges: 1 - 6 per day
• Rehab hospital setting
• 3 - 5 phone consults per 24 hours during call
• Preferred: EMG and nerve conduction studies
• Preferred: injections, blocks, and electrical stimulation
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
