Compensation: $190-$225/hr + RVU Bonus Structure

St. Marys General Hospital in Passaic, NJ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our dynamic Emergency Department. Position Highlights
- Competitive hourly rate: $190-$225/hr, based on experience
- Additional RVU-based productivity compensation

- ~30,000-35,000 annual ED visits

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Active or eligible New Jersey medical license
- Current DEA and CDS certification
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Strong communication skills and team-first mentality
