Your Practice
As a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and manage a broad range of ocular conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient outcomes.
- Perform cataract extraction, glaucoma procedures, and other anterior segment surgeries.
- Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other clinical staff.
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term eye health.
- Utilize modern ophthalmic technology and stay current with advances in the field.
Cornea and/or glaucoma interests are welcome.

Physicians interested in relocating within the Northeast, including New York, are also encouraged to apply. There is flexibility to place strong candidates in nearby markets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base compensation + wRVU productivity incentives
- Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus, depending on location
- $4,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship training welcome depending on practice needs
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted CT and/or NJ medical license
- Eligible for state CDS registration and DEA certification
- No visa sponsorship available
