Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
Minimum Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain Florida licensure
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the unique needs of the elderly population
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
- Commitment to teamwork and quality outcomes
