- 7 on / 7 off -- day (7 am - 7 pm) and night (7 pm - 7 am) shifts
- 15 patients per day -- 6 admits per shift
- Cardiovascular ICU -- 95% surgical, 5% medical
- Occasional supervision of fellows, residents, and students
- CC fellowship required -- board certified intensivists only
- Intubation required -- primary airway support service for the hospital
- ECMO required -- vent management, central/arterial line, PA catheter
- Code response required -- dialysis catheter placement, ICP management
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
