Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $127.30

What You’ll Do: - Provide advanced critical care support, including managing admissions and consults
- Assist with anesthesia, central lines, and arterial line procedures (preferred but not required)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient interactions and care plans
- Cover ICU unit with an average daily census of 12-16 patients
- Participate in emergency response and acute patient management during night shifts
What You Need: - Active West Virginia RN and Nurse Practitioner licensure or IMLC
- Valid DEA registration
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of critical care experience in an ICU setting
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset
