Physician - Family Medicine

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join their expanding team. The chosen candidate will play an integral role in the growth of MUSC Healths Pediatrics network, providing greater access to care for patients in Charleston and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be a patient-centered and compassionate team-player with a drive to make a difference in the lives of our pediatric population.

About the Practices:

Join a collaborative and well-supported pediatric team providing high-quality care throughout the Charleston area. Our network includes five general pediatric practices and two newborn centers, offering physicians the opportunity to care for patients in an outpatient setting. Providers enjoy a four-day workweek with a shared Saturday rotation and shared call supported by a triage line. Each physician is paired with a dedicated medical assistant, with routine laboratory services conveniently available onsite. Our newborn centers also provide access to specialized support, including lactation consultants, helping families receive comprehensive care during the earliest stages of their childs life. For physicians with an interest in medical education, opportunities to teach are also available.

Required Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
