PHYSICIAN REQUIREMENTS- MD or DO
- Board Certification Required for Presentation
- Approved EM, FM or IM Residency Training
- Active Louisiana Medical License Required for Presentation
- Louisiana Controlled Substance Registration
- DEA with Louisiana Address + Required Schedules
- ACLS, ATLS + PALS required if not EM trained
- Moderate + Deep Sedation competency
- 2 Years of Case Logs
- 2 Years of CME Documentation
- Prior Travel Experience Required
- Fellowship Not Required

For presentation, providers must have their state license, board certification, active state-specific DEA, and applicable controlled substance registration in hand.
