- Perform general surgery procedures including bowel resection and wound care
- Assist with emergency trauma surgeries and perforations
- Conduct I&D abscess drainage and wound management
- Provide postoperative care and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Support trauma and emergency surgery units as needed
- Document procedures accurately and in compliance with protocols
Required:
- Medical license in Kentucky or eligible for license
- Experience in general surgery procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to hospital needs
Preferred:
- Previous trauma or emergency surgery experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
