Physician - Family Medicine

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join Saugerties Wellness Center in Saugerties, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered primary care within a well-established outpatient practice supported by strong system resources and exceptional patient demand.

Saugerties Wellness Center has been providing patient-centered primary care to communities throughout Ulster and Greene Counties since 1998. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve. The practice is recognized as an NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

Position Details:

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine opportunity
• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Care for newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Services include preventive care, wellness exams, chronic disease management, immunizations, routine physicals, and same-day sick visits
• Minimal call requirements within a supportive practice environment

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license (or eligibility)
• DEA registration required
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Recruitment Package:

• Competitive starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
• Starting Bonus of up to $75,000
• Retention Bonus of $25,000
• Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on
