Praxis Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our established team at Pendleton Urgent Care. With a schedule of just 12 shifts per month, this opportunity offers the kind of work-life balance that is hard to find in healthcare, along with the support of an experienced team and a beautiful, modern clinic that is ready for you to step in and practice.

While previous urgent care or emergency medicine experience is certainly valued, we recognize that great providers are also developed through the right environment, mentorship, and hands-on experience. We have the clinical resources and experienced providers in place to support a newly graduated FNP as they build confidence, strengthen their skills, and transition into independent practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
• Eligible to obtain Oregon NP/ PA licensure
• Experienced FNPs/ PAs and new graduates are both encouraged to apply
