Our direct-pay model allows us to operate differently from traditional insurance-dependent practices. We focus on personalized care, meaningful patient relationships, lower administrative burden, and creating a practice environment where providers can enjoy practicing medicine again.

WellCraft Health currently has more patient demand than our existing provider can accommodate, and we are looking for one or two additional providers who want to play an important role in the next stage of the practice.

This opportunity is especially suited for an independent-minded PA who enjoys thinking creatively, contributing ideas, and taking an active role in practice development.

For the right candidate, there is the potential to pursue partnership after two years and become a key contributor to WellCraft Health's continued expansion.

New Graduate Physician Assistants

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Master's degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for appropriate North Carolina licensure
• Interest in Family Medicine / Primary Care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to provide personalized, relationship-based care
• Interest in contributing to a growing private practice

Compensation

$140,000–$200,000 annually

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and role within the practice, with additional long-term growth potential as WellCraft Health expands.
