• General ENT, open to fellowship trained 
• 1:10 shared city-wide call 
• Prevea Ambulatory Surgery Center 
• Video tower, wall mounted scopes. All rooms are equipped with standard carts, chairs and microscopes 
• Audiology support in both Green Bay and Sheboygan 
• Speech therapy available 
• Collaboration with Allergy, Plastics and Endocrinology 
• Outreach required to Sheboygan, WI 
• Ability to expand specialty areas of interest in your practice. 
• After hours nurse triage to assist with patient calls 
• EMR: Epic
