What You’ll Do
  • Provide Urology care covering in-clinic procedures, scheduled OR time, and emergency on-call duties
  • Perform cystoscopies, bladder biopsies, fusion biopsies, and UDS testing
  • Support the clinic alongside a multidisciplinary team including MDs, PAs, RNs, and MAs
  • Be available for weekend and weekday call coverage, averaging 3-4 days per month
  • Contribute to patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
  • Collaborate effectively with APP back-up support during on-call hours
What You Need
  • Valid and current medical license in Washington
  • Experience in Urology or surgical support preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in outpatient procedures and emergency coverage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the Assignment
Join a well-established clinic in Olympia, a leading facility in the community, currently staffed by one MD, three PA-Cs, an RN, and eight MAs. The position involves three clinic days per week, including procedures like cystoscopies and biopsies, and two days of scheduled OR time, with a flexible schedule to meet patient and facility needs.
