Physician - Obstetrics & Gynecology

BJC Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE OBGYN to join a well-established and growing Women's Health practice in St. Charles County, one of the fastest-growing areas in the St. Louis market. This is a growth position joining an experienced team of physicians and women's health NPs with strong patient demand and established referral patterns.

Practice Highlights

• Established, busy practice with appointments booked 4-5 months out
• 4 days per week at Progress West Hospital campus and 1 day perweek at the Wentzville outpatient location
• Experienced team including 5 OBGYN physicians and 3 Women's Health NPs
• Robust APP support allows physicians to focus on clinical care
• 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Average of 16-20 patients per day
• Opportunity for immediate volume growth with all providers maintaining open panels

Clinical Practice

• Full-scope OBGYN practice
• Approximately 340 deliveries annually among current physicians
• In-office procedures including colposcopies and LEEPs
• On-site ultrasound and ultrasound technicians
• Maternal Fetal Medicine support available through WashU
• Telemedicine available for appropriate follow-up and postpartum visits

Call

• Shared call rotation currently approximately 1:5
• Providers take their own daytime call
• Weekend and evening call shared among the group
