What You’ll Do
- Provide patient-facing care in a family practice setting, managing an outpatient panel
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including an RN and Medical Assistant
- Support medication refills, patient education, and health screenings
- Utilize available onsite services such as lab work, physical therapy, and EKGs
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and efficient clinic environment
What You Need
Required:
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota
- Prior clinical experience in outpatient or family practice settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- BLS certification
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
