Fairview is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our established primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic Oxboro. This is anopportunity to become part of a collaborative, supportive practice that is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout the community.

Our Bloomington Oxboro clinic takes a whole-person approach to care and offers a broad range of services in one convenient location, including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, onsite laboratory services, and imaging. Providers work closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Practice Details:

  • 12 provider primary care practice which includes 8 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Patient encounters average approximately 16-22 patients per day.
  • Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
  • Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
  • Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal nurse practitioner training program
  • BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
  • Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
  • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota RN licensure and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) certification through the Minnesota Board of Nursing

  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
Qualifications:

$133,156 - $147,952 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
