There are multiple state and federal programs that provide loan forgiveness. It is the responsibility of the candidate to contact the program directly and make their decision based on their individual circumstances and goals.

Compensation: The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range.  Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.  Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full-time commitment for exempt employees.

Physician Salary Range: $247,300–$346,120

Advanced Practitioner Salary Range: $128,000-$175,000

Qualifications:

Physicians: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.

Advanced Practice Providers: Board Certified/Board Eligible in the appropriate specialty. Primary care experience is strongly preferred.

J-1 candidates are encouraged to apply. Select primary care positions and locations may be eligible for J-1 waiver sponsorship.
