- Experience: Minimum 3 years in cardiothoracic surgery with EVH proficiency
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $159.13

What You’ll Do- Provide expert support for adult cardiothoracic surgeries, including pre- and post-operative care
- Assist surgeon with various procedures such as temporary pacemaker removal and chest tube management
- Manage and monitor CVICU and step-down patients, maintaining high standards of care
- Support patient recovery in a critical care environment utilizing Cerner EMR
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
What You NeedRequired: - Board Certification as Physician Assistant (PA) or Master’s Degree in Nursing (NP)
- Arizona licensure (or eligible)
- DEA registration
- Minimum 3 years of recent cardiothoracic surgery experience with EVH
- ACLS and BLS certifications
Preferred: - Experience in CVICU or step-down units
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
