Summary
CentraCare– Cold Spring offers a high-quality outpatient Family Medicine practice with the flexibility, autonomy, and balance physicians are looking for. Physicians can customize their scope of care, including optional obstetrics through 28 weeks and procedural work based on their interests, while enjoying minimal call and a supportive, collegial clinic culture.
Schedule
- Day shifts | 4 day work week (1.0 FTE)
- Flexible FTE Available, 0.6-1.0 FTE
- Outpatient-only practice with no evening or weekend clinic shifts
- Call by phone approximately 1:32
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
