Carilion Clinic is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Body Radiologist to join our collaborative and growing radiology practice in Roanoke, Virginia. Your Practice

Enjoy a balanced mix of Body Imaging and General Diagnostic Radiology within a busy, clinically diverse practice supporting a Level I Trauma Center and thrombectomy-capable Stroke Center.

Your typical schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM, with a swing shift (Noon–8:00 PM) and evening shift (5:00–11:00 PM) each occurring approximately once every three weeks.

Work with SECTRA PACS, PowerScribe One with AI-assisted impressions, Epic EMR, Syngo.Via, TeraRecon, and 3Mensio, with dedicated Reading Room Assistants supporting day and evening shifts.

Clinical Practice + Academic Medicine

Through Carilion’s partnership with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, you’ll receive a faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with your academic experience and scholarly activity.

The position includes light teaching responsibilities with medical students and non-radiology residents. Opportunities for research, mentorship, and quality improvement are available based on your interests.
