- Work/life balance: Flexible 4 or 5 day work week. Can have 4 days off every other week. No overnight call.

Compensation and Benefits
- $600,000 base salary plus wRVU productivity and value-based incentive compensation.
- Excellent signing bonus plus a fellowship stipend of $2,000/month.
- 6 weeks PTO, holidays, annual Huntsman Cancer Institute Affiliate Symposium.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship.
- Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology and eligible for Montana medical licensure.
- Comfortable providing broad-spectrum community Hematology/Oncology care with a primarily outpatient focus.
- Strong commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary and patient-centered care, including participation in Tumor Board and referral conferences.
