• 100% outpatient with no weekends and no hospital follow-up responsibilities
• Choice of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week
• On-call only twice per year, limited to outpatient patient concerns
• Work alongside 2 APPs and a medical director in a supportive team environment
• Each provider supported by approximately 1 - 3 Medical Assistants
