A well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive or Cornea-Trained Ophthalmologist to assume a busy, turnkey practice from a retiring partner. This opportunity offers immediate surgical volume, strong referral support, and a defined path to partnership.
The Opportunity
Step into an established patient base with 400+ cataract surgeries annually and significant unmet demand for cornea and anterior segment services. Physicians have the opportunity to perform complex anterior segment procedures, DMEK, DSAEK, PKP, and refractive surgery while building a robust cornea practice supported by a large referral network.
Compensation & Benefits
The practice offers a $350,000 guaranteed base salary plus immediate production bonuses, with $700,000+ income potential upon partnership. A clear 2-year partnership track provides the opportunity to buy into both the practice and the physician-owned ASC. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
