What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
What You Need
Required: - Valid medical license in Minnesota or eligibility
- Experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation or related specialty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred: - Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
