Position Title: Family Medicine Physician (Multiple Positions Available)
Salary: $234,000 - $244,000/per year

Job Duties:
Skillfully perform and document clinical services in the specialty of family medicine, in accordance with professional standards of quality and practice protocols and policies. This includes, as is medically appropriate, physical exams, history taking, diagnostic tests, prescription of medication, and performing interventions, procedures, and follow-up care.
Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Doctorate in Medicine, Osteopathy, or foreign equivalent.
Applicant must also have:
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in New York.
- BE/BC (Board Eligible or Board Certified) in Family Medicine.
- DEA Certification.
