Physician - Neurological Spine Surgery

Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG), in partnership with Holy Cross Health and the Phil Smith Neuroscience Institute, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Spine Neurosurgeon to join our growing, multidisciplinary neuroscience team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This is a full-time, hospital-employed position within a highly respected and expanding neuroscience program committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. The selected physician will focus on the comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of spinal disorders and work collaboratively with an established team of neurosurgeons, neurologists, pain management specialists, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery
• Expertise in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of degenerative spine conditions, spinal stenosis, disc herniations, spinal deformity, traumatic spine injuries, and other complex spinal disorders.
• Proficiency or interest in minimally invasive spine surgery techniques.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
• New graduates and experienced spine neurosurgeons are encouraged to apply.
