Looking for meaningful work? Indiana University Health Medical Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiovascular Surgery/ICU team at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.  

Position Details:

  • Full Time
    • 40/hours/week
  • Rotating Schedule
    • Mostly days with some nights required, every 4th weekend 
  • Working directly with 3 physicians and 14 APP's
  • 100% Inpatient

Key Responsibilities:

  • Riley ICU is a high acuity CVICU caring for complex patients with congenital heart disease. 
  • Will provide daily rounding on patients, medical decision making, writing notes, and performing procedures as indicated.

Procedures:

  • Chest tube removal, mediastinal tube removal, intracardiac line removal, PICC line placement once trained

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree required
  • FNP, PNP or PA
  • Ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a fast-paced, high acuity pediatric CVICU
