Physician - Orthopedic Surgery

Rural Physicians Group is adding a general orthopaedic surgeon for a role to start in early 2027.

This will be a two-week on/two-week off position with housing accommodations, malpractice insurance, fees/dues/licensing provided.

This is a straight income opportunity - not RVU driven or tied to any ancillary income stream. 

Just practice - no front end office to staff, no billing/bad debt to hold

We are working to improve health outcomes in our rural communities by "keeping local patients local."

Our 300+ member JCAHO accredited medical staff comprises hospitalists, ED/Hybrid providers and surgeons. This is not a locum opportunity, but rather a consistent, stable 20-year-old practice platform utilizing sub-specialty telehealth consults, AI technology and a dedicated, robust scheduling process.
