Advanced Practice Provider – Pain Care

HonorHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pain Care team supporting Dr. Masoud Sultani at the John C. Lincoln location. Help patients manage pain, improve function, and enhance their quality of life in a collaborative outpatient practice.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with great work-life balance
- Clinic only—no OR or first-assist responsibilities
- Administrative time included
- Care for follow-up patients and select new patients to improve access
- Work closely with Dr. Sultani on patient evaluation and ongoing treatment
- Medical assistant and administrative support to help coordinate patient care and clinic operations

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with appropriate certification and eligibility for Arizona licensure
- Pain management or related specialty experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
