Occupational Medicine Lead Advanced Practice Provider - Phoenix, AZ

Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a dedicated full-service occupational health provider, is looking for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Lead to help us grow our services in the Phoenix Metro Area, the fifth-largest metro area in the US.

Our Occupational Medicine Lead Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures. Additionally, directly supervising staff members and assisting with as needed recruitment/hiring and mentoring of additional team members. Leader will serve as a role model for staff and act in a people-centered, service excellence-focused, and results-oriented manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a current practicing APP employed by Banner, with three or more years of Occupational Medicine experience
• NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substance required
• Current AZ license or eligibility
• ACLS/BLS required
• Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required
