What You’ll Do

• Manage pre- and post-operative patients in the outpatient neurosurgery clinic
• Conduct inpatient rounding, consultations, and post-operative follow-up care
• Provide first-assist support in the operating room (preferred but not required), working alongside Neurosurgeons utilizing advanced neurosurgical technology and dedicated block time
• Collaborate closely with Neurosurgeons, ICU teams, the Stroke Program, Hospital Medicine providers, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Deliver comprehensive care across the full continuum of the patient journey, from clinic evaluation to surgical intervention and inpatient management
• Work with dedicated RN and Medical Assistant support to enhance efficiency and optimize the patient experience
• Participate in a team-based practice environment focused on high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient care
