The primary duties & responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Review past orthopedic history, examine the current status of the patient, with orthopedic problems.
Accurately and timely completion of all clinical notes.
Evaluate new patient referrals to the clinic.
All diagnosis and treatment with follow-up will be consistent with guidelines of the Orthopedic Clinic, clinical privileges and standard of care within the community.
Participate in team approach to the patient care with medical staff, ancillary staff, residents, students and other services, patients and family members.
Perform clinic-based procedures, adhering to the ethical principles of an Orthopedic Surgeon, and medical professional as a whole.
Appropriately assist with the Resident Training Program.
Other duties as assigned.
Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm. (On Call, when needed)
