Cleveland Clinic, one of the worlds most distinguished academic medical centers, announces a search for an Integrated Health Psychologist (Psycho-oncology and Hereditary Risk) at the Cleveland Clinic Breast Center.

Integrated Health Psychologist (Psycho-Oncology and Hereditary Risk) Cleveland Clinic Breast Center:  This position will support our growing psychology program within the Breast Center, expanding services further at Main Campus and at our regional hospitals.  The individual will work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams (Breast Surgery, Medical Breast, Plastic Surgery, Medical Oncology, Genetics Counseling, Social Work and Radiation Oncology) to support patients across the spectrum of hereditary cancer risk, current breast cancer, and breast cancer survivorship.  Psychologists will participate in continuing education, weekly tumor board meetings, and medical breast case conferences.  Opportunities to develop ones clinical specialty within the Breast Center also exist.  Expertise in diversity/equity/inclusion, telehealth, clinical research, and program development preferred.

All staff psychology positions also offer experiences in teaching such as working with medical residents, surgical fellows, Health Psychology Fellowship training, or the supervision of advanced graduate students from Case Western Reserve University.  Employment at the Cleveland Clinic allows for opportunities in clinical research, program development, program implementation, and professional development.  A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

Location:  Primarily in-person embedded in our Breast Clinics and with a limited remote/telehealth component.

Qualifications:  Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology with APA accredited internship (health psychology focus preferred), licensure in Ohio (or license eligible), health psychology post-doctoral fellowship and experience in psycho-oncology and/or womens health preferred.  PsyPact certification and board certification (ABPP) highly valued.
