• Practice has 2 Physicians, 5 APRN, 8 MA, 7 Front office support staff and 2 LCSW
• Office hours Mon- Friday 8AM-5PM 
• On-Call is rotated amongst the physicians and mid-levels (essentially telephonic call rotated weekly 1:5
