Compensation and Incentives
Starting Salary: $350,000 to $4000,000 annually.
Recruitment Incentives: Eligible candidates may receive additional incentives.
Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000 annually based on quality and productivity metrics.

About the Role
As a Gastroenterologist at the Fresno VA, you will:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders.
Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper GI endoscopies.
Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
Have opportunities to engage in teaching and research through our academic affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered under specific circumstances).
Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
