Position Details: 

Schedule: 7a-3p, 7a-5p and 7a-7p shifts available.

Call Rotation: some call - 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials!

Surgical Cases: primarily Bread and Butter including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology. No hearts, No Trauma cases, No Neuro.

EMR: Epic

Compensation: Based on years of licensure:

0-4 years of Licensure:

1880 Annual Hours- $210,080
2080 Annual Hours- $232,419 

5+ years of Licensure:

1880 Annual Hours- $230,880
2080 Annual Hours- $255,424

Bonuses

Starting bonus - $25k

6 month- $50k

Year 2 - $25K

Year 3: Start of Quality Incentive Metrics- $10k

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

  • Competitive salary including $25k starting bonus
  • Compensation is between $210,080-$255,424
  • The posted salary reflects the starting rand of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
