Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine

We have an exciting full-time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant opportunity located in the beautiful coastal area of Sturgeon Bay, WI! Join our talented ED team at Door County Medical Center, an award-winning, 25-bed critical access hospital continuously listed in the U.S. top 20 and part of the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS).

Position Profile:

• 12,000 Annual Volume
• Level IV Trauma Center
• 10 ED beds, 2 trauma bays, and 1 decontamination room
• Daily APP coverage with 10, 11, & 12 hour shifts
• Strong APP team provides coverage in Urgent Care & the Main ED
• CT/US available 24/7

Urgent Care Position Profile:

• 8 bed Urgent Care
• Urgent Care Clinic located across the hall from the ED
• Accessibility to hospital and lab/diagnostic facilities
• EMR is MediTech and they utilize Dragon
• APPs work daily from 7a-7p

Qualified Candidates:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of EM experience or Urgent Care experience as an NP/PA.
