**Critical Care Anesthesiologist: A Vital Role in Our Team**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Anesthesiologist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the safe and successful surgeries of our veterans. As a Critical Care Anesthesiologist, you will be entrusted with the lives of our patients, guiding them through their surgical journey with expertise and care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive anesthetic services, including pre-operative assessments, intraoperative management and monitoring, and post-anesthesia care, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.
* Administer various types of anesthesia (local, intravenous, spinal, caudal) during medical procedures.
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Provide life support, manage airways, and prepare patients for emergencies, leveraging your critical care experience.
* Ensure patient readiness for transfer or discharge following surgery.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anesthesia practices and advancements.

**Qualifications:**

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Board certification in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
* Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
* Minimum two years of experience as a Critical Care Anesthesiologist.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
