We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. This role encompasses initial patient evaluations, stabilization, and triage, as well as consultation, referral management, and maintenance of electronic medical records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including face-to-face and telehealth consultations.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Manage patient referrals, ensuring appropriate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various clinical areas, including mental health, TeleHealth, and Compensation & Pension (C&P).
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain clinical competency.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar specialty.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- BLS/CPR certification required, ACLS and OORAM preferred.
